1.About these terms

These terms govern your use of the NatureBasket website (naturebasketcbe.in), our online ordering site (cart.naturebasketcbe.in) and any purchase you make from us. By using them or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and the other policies linked from our site. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

3.Our products and availability

We sell fresh fruit, vegetables, grocery items, dairy and bakery basics, and food and juice from our cafe. Please note:

• Fresh produce is a natural product. Size, colour and shape vary, and photos on our site are for illustration.
• Stock changes through the day and by season. An item shown online may sometimes be unavailable.
• Loose items are sold by weight and may vary slightly from the quantity ordered. You pay for the weight actually delivered.
• If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute or remove it and refund its value.

4.Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes such as GST unless shown otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately before you pay. Prices of fresh produce can change with market conditions. The price you see when you confirm your order is the price you pay.

If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

5.Placing and accepting orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a confirmed order when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our delivery area, a price is wrong, we cannot reach you to confirm details, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount in full.

6.Payments

Online payments are made through our payment gateway. Please read our Payment Policy for accepted methods, failed payments, duplicate payments and refunds.

7.Delivery

Delivery areas, timings, charges and what happens if a delivery fails are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Quick delivery is subject to the products we have selected for it and to the delivery areas we currently serve. Not every product is eligible, and not every address is covered. Eligible products and serviceable areas are shown at checkout and may change without notice. If your cart contains items or an address that does not qualify, we may offer standard delivery instead, ask you to change the order, or cancel the affected items and refund their value.

8.Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because our products are perishable, cancellation and return rules are specific. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Return & Replacement Policy before ordering.

9.Food safety and allergens

Our cafe and store handle ingredients that may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, sesame and other allergens. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, tell us before ordering; we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of allergens. Please follow storage instructions on packaged items and refrigerate fresh and chilled items promptly.

10.Using our website

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• give false information or use someone else’s payment details without permission;
• interfere with the website’s security or operation, or use bots or scrapers to collect its content; or
• copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11.Intellectual property

The NatureBasket name, logo, photographs, text and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.

12.Disclaimers and limits on liability

We take care to keep our website and information accurate, but we provide them “as is” and cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, supply disruption or network outages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at contact@naturebasketcbe.in so we can try to resolve any dispute. If we cannot, the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without limiting your right to approach a Consumer Commission as allowed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the “Last updated” date, is the one that applies. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.

For complaints about an order or our service, our Grievance Officer can be reached at the same details. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
